I have been selling real estate over 20 years and never seen a place with buildings like this. You have to see it to believe it. This home does not look like a million dollar home when you pull up, but once you see the property on the inside, in the backyard, and inside the buildings, you will be able to justify this price. I was speechless after I viewed the building. It more beautiful inside than many homes. Don't forge the 12 acres that are made up of two lots. One could be sold off separate with the other building or however you wanted to divide it. The 2nd building is very nice also, the landscaping is unbelievable.
